Chartreur
A subnation of Vythrosa a Proxus. Chartreurs have two centriglobal appointed representatives; these subnations can create any laws that abide by the Edict of Vythrosan Principle. Each chartreur has its own designated exports and strict regulations on intersubnational conduct. What a chartreur does within its borders (as long as it is legal) is unmoderated by Vythrosa a Proxus. Read about individual chartreurs here.
Primary
A chartreur's most notable location is its Primary. Primaries are typically the most populated civilization within a chartreur, whether that is a city or a village. These locations usually are home to the chartreurs representatives. Most, if not all, of a chartreur's governmental affairs happen within the primary.
PZH (Personality Zero Hyro)
A Hyro created with the personality code 0. PZHs possess absolutely no emotion or free will, essentially making them robots, albeit fleshy ones. They have no capability whatsoever to even develop feelings. All PZHs are owned by VaP and deployed to operations that best fit their physiology, among other roles that require no emotional, creative, or conscious input.
VaP (Vythrosa a Proxus)
The world's capitol. Vythrosa a Proxus is not considered a chartreur but is the size of one. The term VaP encompasses both the land it takes up and the planet's government itself. Citizens can live in VaP; however, the center city cannot be visited by anyone other than high ranking government officials. It is not stated how VaP operates internally and any attempt to learn is prohibited to maintain the sanctity of the world. Despite the mystery, VaP receives high approval from the majority of citizens.
